Schedule and have a phone chat with us so we can answer your questions before you commit to this not-run-of-the-mill birth class.

Please note the cost for our birth classes covers all instruction, supplemental readings, curated resource list, and guided meditations.
Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting Class Series: Sliding Scale, $350 - $450 - $550. Please read our statement about payment on our classes page, and also scroll down to read about our scholarships on the same page. If you’re a non-pregnant birth worker, the cost for the series is $350.
MBCP Intensive: We don’t have any intensives on the schedule right now.

If the cost for any of our offerings is prohibitive, please contact us about our scholarships. It is our intention to make all offerings possible for ALL.
What is our Birth Class Cancellation Policy?
We have a limited number of spots in each class, and while classes tend to fill up, it can be hard to fill your spot if you cancel close to the start date. We hope, by speaking ahead of time, you will have a good sense of the content of our class. If a cancellation is made up to 2 weeks before the first class, the cost of the class will be refunded 75%, or 100% if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Unless we fill your spot with a couple from our waitlist, in the two weeks before class starts and after the series begins there are no refunds. Emergencies due to medical conditions or other extenuating circumstances are not included in this policy—please, talk to us. We appreciate your understanding!
If you have paid and have decided not to go ahead with taking the class, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can turn to our waitlist. Thank you!
