Ready for research?

Mindfulness Courses which are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction curriculum reach people in hospitals, clinics, schools, the military, businesses and correctional facilities all over the world.  Published research on the therapeutic impact of Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) are found in peer-reviewed medical, mental health and educational journals. Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting is one of those MBIs, and studies of MBCP’s impact are ongoing.
